Does FreeSBIE detect hardware during boot and configure X automagically like Knoppix does?

Yes, completely. I've successfully installed on an Intel mobo with Intel Extreme Graphics onboard VGA, PS2 mouse. Everything went smoothly, there was no problem with this configuration.

Freesbie 1.0 mouse problems

I've recently downloaded and burnt latest Freesbie 1.0 Live CD.
Boot process gets along successfully bringing me to prompt.
At this point, I try to load graphics mode and run startx.
But, when everything loads mouse doesn't seem to respond correctly and flutters all over the place. Practically uncontrollable.

I'm a Newbie to FreeBsd and would love to try out this Live version before actually trying to install on HD.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
